Why TumTum Treats?
Well, bluntly put -
After years of living with an unconnected, disordered relationship between food and my body,
A relationship influenced by Childhood trauma, diet culture, and constant "treat/cheat" days
I decided it was time to change the idea of a treat
While TumTum indicates food for your tum(mmy)
The real treat we aim to provide is #soulfood.
A treat is meant to make you or someone you love feel special, something to bring joy, or as the dictionary said it best - an item that is out of the ordinary and gives great pleasure.
"Treats" may be seen as food BUT our boxes are geared towards creating an extraordinary experience with different types of "treats" to generate feelings of connectivity through you, those which food cannot replace
So, you see those tumtums (Our icons above) - they are connecting us.

What makes us different?
Each one of our boxes showcases a “treat” adventure to connecting with yourself! We want to transport you to a place where you feel like an extraordinary human, even if for only a moment!
We are not some cookie cutter experience where you pick a bunch of mass wholesaled goods, we stick a bunch of paper fluff in, and you get something 500 other folks got! Those things are cool, in fact one of us subscribe to one or two ;)

We take time to get to know you, through the person sending your box. We ask questions and want to know more!
We pride ourselves in exclusively selecting special handmade goods made by small business people, to add awesome to your experience.
